Paid Services and Payment Terms
Free Account: You have the option to register a free account, which grants you the right to solve tasks and tests that are publicly available or specifically assigned to you.
Paid Services: Certain features may require a prepayment (“Prepayment”).
Prices: The prices for Paid Services are displayed on the Website. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time, but all changes will be announced in advance and reflected on the Website.
Payment: By purchasing a Paid Service, you agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fee.
Recurring Payments: The Website may offer the option to set up automatic periodic payments (e.g., a monthly subscription). If you activate these, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You can opt out of automatic payments at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to the Paid Services until the end of the period covered by your last successful Prepayment.
Termination of Service: If you do not renew or make a Prepayment on time, your paid subscription or access to the service ends at the conclusion of the period covered by your Prepayment.
Changing Packages: Prepayments are non-refundable. When changing a subscribed package, the first payment for the new package is reduced, taking into account the Prepayment made for the previous package and the number of unused days.
Number of Test Attempts: If the number of test attempts for a test organizer is limited, the attempts that have been assigned to test takers by the organizer are counted. If a test taker registers for a test using a test URL, it counts toward the test organizer’s test attempt tally for that URL, and the time of assignment is considered to be when the test is started. Test attempts in preview mode do not count toward the test attempt tally. The test organizer can view their usage of test attempts in the package data form.
Total Monthly Limit on Test Attempts: The total limit on test attempts is calculated based on the time they are assigned. This limit is applied on a calendar month basis. If you have changed your package during the month, the limit is calculated according to the terms of the currently valid package, and the total number of test attempts in that calendar month also includes any tests assigned to test takers during the validity of the previous package. Tests assigned for trial purposes to test takers who themselves have a test organizer package at the time of assignment do not count toward this limit.
Simultaneous Test Attempts Limit: The limit on simultaneous test attempts considers how many are being taken at the same time (excluding registered, not started, interrupted, or finished attempts).
Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
Best Efforts: We make every reasonable effort to ensure the Website and its services are available and operate according to these Terms.
No Warranty: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions or malfunctions may occur for technical or other reasons.
